1. Shop for some healthy food and keep it handy. Since most of the partying takes place in the evening, eat healthy during the day.
2. Don’t entirely skip your exercise- If you normally exercise for an hour and are stretched during the holidays – put in half an hour but don’t skip it.
3: Say No to food that is offered to you. Fill your plate yourself with what you want.
4 Skip the Baking- Baking for gifting is a no-no. Because you will definitely consume a part of what you are baking. Baking something small for yourself and the family is fine.
5. Stay Hydrated- Its even more important to consume your daily requirement of 8 glasses a day. Keep a bottle or jug each morning so you know if you have finished your daily intake at the end of the day. Since it’s likely that you will consume alcohol in the holiday season, staying hydrated is even more important.
