As in everything, repetition gives you success. So even if you can’t find too many weight loss meals or snacks, don’t worry. Agreed that you are likely to get bored and may want something else, but remember that tried and tested weight loss meals will see you through in your weight loss efforts. If you digress from the tried and tested and go for something else, you run the risk of putting the weight back and having your efforts go to waste. Preset meals and preset workouts are a great combination.
