Don’t forget to do a short warm-up (5-10 minutes) with joint rotation and stretches before a workout.

Workout Directions: Total 3 rounds (with 90 secs rest after each round)

Set 1:

  • Jumping Jacks: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest time
  • Split Squats: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest time
  • Crunches: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest time

Set 2:

  • Toe Taps: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest time
  • Push-ups: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest time
  • Reverse Crunches: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest time

Set 3:

  • High Knees: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest time
  • Step Up: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest time
  • Quad Superman: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest time

Set 4:

  • Front Jumping Jacks: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest time
  • Push-ups: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest time
  • Bench Dips: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest time

Set 5 :

  • Mountain Climbers: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest time
  • Reverse Lunges: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest time
  • Bicycle Crunches: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest time

Note: The duration of this exercise can be conveniently changed simply by inserting or deleting a circuit depending on your fitness and ability.
