If you want to become a faster swimmer you need to build higher flipper flex- i.e. higher ankle flexibility which leads to more flexible feet that can give you higher propulsion through water. Sit on the floor and extend your feet ahead of you. Then extend your toes out and then in towards you. This will increase your flipper flex.
